What is a cv axle?

What is a cv axle?

When a cv axle goes bad you could hear a clicking noise when you make a hard turn. If the noise comes from the front it could be the front axles. The same applies to the rear. There's no preventive maintenance that can be performed to make axles last longer. They should be inspected at your oil change intervals to make sure nothing is torn or leaking. Axles do have to be replaced at some point and can seize up. Make sure your vehicle gets a digital inspection so you can see the axles. #cvaxle, #axle, #cvrepair #ryansservicenter
