What happens when there's a bubble in my tire? That means your tire is pregnant. Not really but something has pinched the rubber and makes the tire produce a bubble. This pinching has caused the rubber to become very thin. The tire needs to be replaced and can not be repaired. If this is not replaced it could cause a blowout. So have your tires checked regularly.

My car is making a knocking noise. Cars make all kinds of different noises and sounds. If your vehicle is making a knocking or tapping noise you may need oil. When was the last time you had your oil changed or added oil? If your vehicle has no oil you can damage or seize up the engine. So go get your oil changed or checked. It's a lot cheaper than getting a new engine.

Torn wiper blades don't sound like a big deal but they can be. There are a couple of different things that are annoying and can cause damage. First it is a pain in the butt when you turn on your wiper blades when it's raining and you can see. Or how about the streaking across your line of vision? If you really let the wiper blades go they can get torn. This can scratch your windshield. It's an easy fix. Talk to your mechanic and ask them if you need wiper blades or you can stop in and see us.

Do you have a newer car? If so please look and make sure you have a spare tire. The newer cars do not come with one. Instead they come with an air pump, which doesn't help when there's a puncture. This I found out the hard way. Jourdan had a flat tire and we are just so used to new cars having a spare guess what?? No they dont. So take the time to look because no one wants to be stranded. We are on the downside of summer. Now is a great time to go canoeing. There are many places in our area that offer beautiful views and fun times. We chose Cedar Creek. The water is refreshing on a hot day. The forest is so peaceful. Pack your lunch, eat on the way, or pull over and take it in. So many options. Take a local trip. You still have a couple weeks. Enjoy.
