  Just another great experience. I made appointment to have front and rear brake pads installed, as well as an oil change. After inspecting my brakes they advised me that the rear brakes did not need to replace and the front brakes would need replacing in the near future. I opted to replace the front even though I could have waited. Their honesty save me hundreds of dollars. I trust them and appreciate not only their honesty, and great servic. Jim Le Tellier I have known the Ryan's since 1969. Not only great mechanics but also, honest and trustworthy business operators. I had work done to my car at a major corporate body shop. They had to realign the front end. This is one of the largest auto groups in this state. After the first alignment the car pulled to the right, I brought it back. They sent me to their GM dealer ship. After the new alignment, the car pulled to the left and the steering wheel was off center and was aggravating to steer. The alignment was so off that the inner wear of the tires had the tread belts exposed. Having owned multiple Cadillacs, it’s hard to find someone other than a good dealer to service them. Ryan's Service Center is the exception! Yesterday, took my car for oil change and rotate tires. They showed me the aforementioned wear. I bought four new tires and had them realign the front end. I am happy to say, it rides like the day it came of the show room. Great job. Jim Le Tellier PS just another great reason to go there.

  They did a thorough job, inspecting my truck. It needed a lot of things that are important. They went through everything with me and were detailed, however it just wasn’t worth paying about $5k for all of these repairs for a 182k mile SUV . They were very understanding about me saying that and gave me no problems with the vehicle being there for over a week with nothing being done to it.
